Essential Food and Medicine is an Oakland, CA collective of community organizers, activists, local farmers, gardeners, health workers, nutritionists, culinary artists, herbalists, healers committed to to reclaiming surplus and locally grown produce to make juice, soups, smoothies, and natural medicines that directly serve the most vulnerable people in our communities, for free.
